What we collect

When you join the waiting list we store your name, email address, the occasion you chose, the wood you selected, and the date, time and place you entered in the configurator. We store nothing else about you and use no advertising cookies.

Why we collect it

We use these details only to contact you when Moment is available and to prepare your order if you choose to purchase. The legal basis is your consent, given with the checkbox in the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Where it is stored

The website and the waiting-list form are hosted by Netlify, Inc. Your details may therefore be processed on servers outside Switzerland and the EU. Netlify provides standard contractual and security safeguards for such transfers, and we only send the data needed for the waiting list.

How long we keep it

We keep your details until the relevant edition has been offered to you, or until you ask us to delete them. If you do not hear from us again, we delete the information when the edition is closed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, and you can withdraw your consent, by writing to hello@momentsky.ch. You can also complain to the Swiss data protection authority, the FDPIC, or the relevant authority in your country if you are in the EU.

Fonts and scripts

All fonts and scripts on this site are loaded from our own server. No requests are sent to Google or other third parties when you visit.
